Refund Policy

Digital portraits: All digital sales are final due to the custom AI-generated nature and processing costs incurred. We do not offer refunds on digital products.

Physical prints: If your canvas or framed print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement. We do not accept returns on physical prints that are not damaged, as each is custom-produced.

For both digital and physical orders, if you're not satisfied with the portrait itself, we will regenerate it for free.

Not Happy? We'll Regenerate for Free

Your satisfaction matters to us. If a portrait doesn't meet your expectations:

Free Regeneration: We'll regenerate your dog's portrait at no extra cost
Try a Different Photo: Sometimes a different angle or lighting produces better results. We'll work with you
Alternative Style: We can generate a different style if the original isn't what you expected

Why No Refunds on Digital?

Each portrait generation incurs real, non-recoverable costs:

AI processing fees (GPU compute time per portrait)
Cloud storage and bandwidth for your images
Payment processing fees (non-refundable by Stripe)

Physical Print Policy

Canvas and framed prints are custom-produced by our printing partner and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
We'll ship a free replacement at no extra cost
No need to return the damaged item

Photo Tips for Best Results

For the best dog portrait, make sure your photo:

Shows your dog's face clearly
Has good, even lighting (avoid harsh shadows)
Is not blurry or low resolution
Shows distinctive features and markings
